1. First 7 days
If you're not happy with your first purchase of a plan, ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund. The plan stops when refunded.
2. Mimi Wallet
Unused top-up money can be refunded within 7 days of the top-up. Bonus credit has no cash value.
3. After 7 days
Periods already started are not refunded, unless the law requires it or the mistake is ours (a double charge, a plan that didn't turn on). Cancelling stops the next renewal.
4. How to ask
Email [email protected] with your account email and the order number (Me › Payment history). Card refunds go back through Polar to the same card.
