1. Who processes your data

OneMeta develops My Mimi and processes your data. Polar processes card payments as merchant of record. For customers in Vietnam, Công ty TNHH DataTecHub is the data-processing party.

2. What we keep

Your Google account email, name and photo; learning progress, scores and speaking history; children's profiles created by a parent (name, birth year); orders and payment history.

We never see or store card numbers or bank passwords: payments are handled by the payment provider.

3. AI and voice

What you say and type is processed by an AI provider (Google Gemini) to score and answer, never for advertising. Scanned photos are not stored.

4. Children

Children's profiles hide photos and have no private messages with strangers; parents manage them with a PIN.

You can see, correct, export or delete your data: write to [email protected].
