My Mimi Terms of Use

1. Who sells

Card payments in USD are processed by Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. My Mimi is developed by OneMeta.

2. Plans and prices

Plus monthly, Plus yearly and Family monthly, plus Mimi Wallet top-ups, at the prices shown at checkout (tax included where it applies).

3. Renewal and cancellation

Card plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app (Me › Payment history › Manage plan): you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Accounts and children

You sign in with a Google account. Children's profiles are created by a parent; children cannot pay, and payments need the parent PIN.

Each plan has fair-use limits on AI features (calls with Mimi, photo scans, suggestions). Lessons keep working when a limit is reached.

5. Fair use

Don't share accounts, automate the AI features or post unlawful content in Community. Misuse may pause features.
